Hello to all Jun wifeys out there,

there are plenty of exchanges around, but we are currently missing a Jun exchange. :( For that we decided to make one, because we love our Jun-pon, J, Matsujun, Ma-chan and so on. :) 

We hope that a loooooooooot of Jun fans out there will join this party, so we can make this annualy. We don't know if this works out and if we'll get enough people to join, but we want to give it a try. <3

So, if you are Jun-fan, or fan of Jun pairings, you are happily welcomed to join this little family here <3 We really hope we can get this started.

Because every exchange needs rules, here are ours: 

General things about joining: 

- You must have previously written at least one fic that's more than 1000 words in length.

- If you joined the exchange and you really can't made it in time - or you really have to drop out, please be fair and tell us!! We need to find a pinch hitter or someone stepping in for you. So be fair and let us know! We won't bite, because we know that RL can bring up things you don't count with.

How should my fic look like?

- Please give your best in fullfilling the request. Of course it's impossible to include every of your recipients wish.

- Submissions must be at least 2000 words in length. There is no maximum for your fics.

- Fics must be beta-read. If you absolutely can't find a beta, other participants might be willing to beta. Or we'll do our best to search a beta for you. Fics, which need to be beta-read by one of our beta-reader must be handed in two weeks before deadline.

- You need to include the correct HTML codes in your fic! We can't accept fics without HTML codes. HTML codes like bold, underline, italics need to be included.

- Fics should include proper spelling.

- No terms of exessive Japanese and no kanji use.


Concerning requests

- This is a Jun exchange, so main pairing has to be Jun centric!! You can always ask for other side pairings, but focus is Jun! You have to include at least TWO Jun pairings you want to read and write! 

- You're welcome to request and offer to write drama as well, but you must have at least one regular pairing in addition to the drama-crossover for both writing and receiving. Drama can include malexmale or malexfemale, also drama crossovers are allowed.

- Please keep in mind that just rare pair and rare crossovers are hard to pair, and we maybe need to contact you because of that.


Underage

- About underage: It's okay to request or write underage relationships, crushes, holding hands, kissing, as long as the guys are at least 15 years old. Underaged porn (means guys who are under 18 years old) is strictly forbidden.


- Time table

- As you realized there is plenty of time to get your fic written, so don't start too late. Please try to finish your assignment on time!

- We can give you an extension, but please try to be in time. The most important thing is that we know about how far you are and when you are able to hand in the story. Just keep in contact with us, we'll find a way.

- Scedule for the exchange 2018:

- If you need a beta-reader, be aware to hand in the story TWO weeks before the regular deadline!!

 Concerning writing period

- Please keep your assignment as a secret. Once we revealed the authors (after the posting period), you are free to re-post your stories wherever you want.

- If you have any questions for your recipient please contact US, ONLY!! The best way for this is to write us a mail to: thejohnnybox@gmail.com. We try our best to answer your questions asap. We will send it to your recipient and return the answer immediately to you ;)

- Please sign your mails with your DW/LJ name, because it may confuse us if your mail address and DW name are different. It's easier for us to know immediately who you are ;)

- Please don't write about your story or about the name of your recipient in your LJ/DW blog or somewhere else, because most people are also on Twitter, AO3, tumblr or elsewhere, and we don't want the secret to be revealed before posting ends.


Concerning delivery

- Once you are finished sent us your fics to jealltogether@gmail.com. Please send it as attached file and DON'T send it in a mail!! We can't accept that. We can read every file (.doc, .docx, google,....)

- Fics must have a header, which should look like this:

 Concerning contact and check up

- We do checkups. We give you your assignment and let you work on it, answer your questions, keep the contact with your recipient/ author. One month before deadline we contact you, ask how it is going. Two weeks before deadline we write again and ask for an answer about how far you are and if there are any problems. If you don't answer, we contact you again, and if you do not answer again, we ban you and search for a pinch hitter! Please remember: Those who need a beta, need to be done TWO weeks before deadline!

- You can always contact us via thejohnnybox@gmail.com, or you can write jun_mod .

- We try to answer as fast as possible, but please keep in mind that all of us are working, so it can take a few hours to answer to you, but we are here for you if you need something.
